A Georgia native, I made the move to Norman with my husband back in 2012 and never looked back. I quickly fell in love with this community and threw myself into it - through community involvement and my work at catering companies right here in Norman. Those years in catering gave me the knowledge, the skills, and honestly the confidence to take on my newest venture: Better Bites by Liz Barfield.
 

My goal is simple. To provide delicious, well-balanced meals that are convenient enough to actually help you stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. I know what it's like to be busy, and I know that sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is have healthy, delicious meals already made and ready to go. That's exactly what I'm here for.

Every meal is made with love and attention to detail, just like I did in catering, but now on a smaller, more individualized scale. My passion for serving this community and staying healthy while doing it have collided to make one heck of a meal option for you and your family!

When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll find me spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, traveling, and of course - still cooking!
