A Georgia native, Liz and her husband moved to Norman in 2012. Liz quickly embraced her newfound home and immersed herself in the Norman community. She’s made her mark through community involvement and her work at catering companies in the Norman area. With extensive knowledge and experience gained in catering, she is well-equipped and ready to succeed in her newest venture – Better Bites by Liz Barfield.
 

Her goal is to provide delicious meals that are both well-balanced and convenient to help others stay on track with a healthy lifestyle, one better bite at a time. She knows about being busy, and with that busy lifestyle sometimes it helps to have healthy delicious meals made for you to keep you on track. And that is exactly what Liz can do for you! Each meal is made with love and attention to detail, just like she did in catering, but now on a smaller more individualized scale. Her passion for serving her community and staying healthy while doing it have collided to make one heck of a meal option for you and your family!
 

When she isn't working, Liz enjoys spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, traveling, and of course, cooking!
