Do you offer gift certificates?
To purchase a gift certificate, please contact us to let us know the desired amount and the recipient's name and email address. We will then create a custom digital gift certificate for you.
Afterward, we will send you a pay link or invoice for the total amount. Once payment is received, we can either email the gift certificate directly to the recipient (with a copy to you) or send it to you for your personal delivery—whichever option you prefer.
When is the deadline to place orders?
Monday Pickup or Delivery: Order by Friday at 6:00pm.
Tuesday Pickup or Delivery: Order by Saturday at 6:00pm.
Wednesday or Thursday Pickup: Order 48 hrs in advance.

At checkout, you will be presented with next available time.

Where is pickup?
Pickup meals at The Standard located at 315 E Gray St, Norman.
Currently, there is construction on Gray Street. Park in the main parking lot using the crossroad of Gray and Crawford.

Where will you deliver to?
We are currently delivering within several miles of our prep kitchen location at The Standard at 315 E Gray St, Norman, OK
Deliveries outside of the area may be considered for larger orders and/or for an additional fee.

When do you deliver?
Currently, we make deliveries on Mondays from 3:00-6:00 pm and Tuesdays from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Delivery days will be rescheduled if they fall on a major holiday. We do occasionally make deliveries outside of our scheduled times so feel free to ask for an alternate delivery day/time if needed.

What if I'm not home?
We do prefer someone is there to accept the delivery due to potential theft, outside temperatures, and because it is food. We do offer thermal bags and ice packs but there are additional fees. We are happy to talk with you on your initial delivery to try and accommodate all options to make it convenient for you.

Where and when can I pick up my order?
If you have opted for pick-up, you may pick up your meals at The Standard located at 315 E Gray St, Norman, OK

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! If you've already enjoyed our meals and are ready to make them a staple in your everyday life, a subscription is a perfect choice!
Do I need a subscription to order meals?
​No. Feel free to order from our menu right here on the website. In fact, for those new to Better Bites, we recommend starting with a regular, non-subscription order to see if our meals are the right fit for you.

How long are the meals good for?
Meals should be kept refrigerated and used within 5 days. Many of our meals freeze well too.

What's the best way to heat up the meals?
Our containers are microwave safe and should not be heated in the oven or on the stovetop. Heat the meal for 1 1/2 - 3 minutes , or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Do you offer Gluten-Free Meals?
Yes, many of our meals are naturally gluten-free! We focus on the use of lean proteins, healthy starches, and fresh vegetables and often season with spices and herbs rather than using sauces that may contain gluten.

Do you offer meals for special diet plans, like Keto?
You may find that our meals meet the requirements of many different diet plans, however, at this time we are not offering specific Keto meals. We will be considering frequent customer requests as we periodically change and grow our menu.
